Ok, so today I want to talk about working on yourself. So I am pushing the pram of my beautiful little girl and it’s been two hours now. It took me an hour to get to sleep and she’s been asleep for an hour, so I’m very excited that she’s sleeping. Hopefully I don’t wake her up, but I just wanted to talk a little bit about that time you might have to yourself.
Now I appreciate everyone wouldn’t get two hours a day and I try not to walk for two, but it’s helping my fitness, it’s helping me get fresh air, it’s helping me appreciate nature, it gives me time to myself. So often I listen to podcasts and it allows me to expand my mind, it allows me to grow personally in all fields of my life from business to personal relationships, to intimate relationships. It’s kind of like listening to podcasts is just the most amazing thing that you could do, if you get time to yourself, even in the car, instead of listening to music, heaven forbid, so instead of music, let’s listen to a podcast.
So imagine what you could do if you had your mind expanded, if you could dream bigger, if you could chase a few more goals and achieve a few more things, and to do that you have to expand your mind. So we don’t read as many books as we should these days. I love getting on a plane, because I love to read a book, but podcasts are the new way, so listen to them in the car, listen to when you’re walking, running, riding your bike and see what exciting new things you can expand your mind into.
